Storage Fees — Firearms, Ammunition & Parts
Important: Due to limited secure storage capacity and compliance handling requirements, storage fees apply when items are not picked up within the timelines below.
Firearms — DROS Pickup Window
Storage fees apply to firearms once the firearm passes the 30-day pickup window noted on the DROS paperwork.
- The DROS includes a defined pickup window. Customers are responsible for completing pickup within that timeframe.
- Storage fees begin after the DROS pickup window expires.
- Firearm Storage Fee: $5.00 per day, per firearm
Storage fees accrue daily starting the day after the DROS pickup window ends and continue until the firearm is picked up or otherwise dispositioned as permitted by law.
Ammunition — 5 Business Day Pickup Window After Notice
Storage fees apply to ammunition after we have received the ammunition and have notified the customer in writing that the shipment has arrived.
- Customers have 5 business days to pick up ammunition after the written notification is sent.
- Storage fees begin on the 6th business day after the notification is sent.
- Ammunition Storage Fee: $5.00 per day, per shipment
Parts — 5 Business Day Pickup Window After Notice
The same storage policy applies to all parts shipped to our location. Storage fees apply after we have received the parts and have notified the customer in writing that the shipment has arrived.
- Customers have 5 business days to pick up parts after the written notification is sent.
- Storage fees begin on the 6th business day after the notification is sent.
- Parts Storage Fee: $5.00 per day, per shipment
Pickup & Release Requirements
Items will only be released when all applicable requirements are satisfied, including but not limited to:
- Valid government-issued identification and any required documentation
- Completion of any required paperwork or compliance steps
- Payment of all outstanding balances, including storage fees
Non-Pickup & Disposition
If items remain unclaimed beyond a reasonable period, they may be subject to return to sender (when applicable) or other lawful disposition. The customer is responsible for any applicable costs, including storage and shipping/handling where permitted.
